All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We accept returns up to 07 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at gemthemes@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are authorized, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment within a certain amount of days.

Is it free shipping?

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). We will use DHL for shipping. Under normal circumstances, within Germany, you will receive the goods within 1 to 5 days, while for EU countries outside of Germany, it will take 3 to 10 days to receive the goods.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Yes, we will provide free shipping within Germany. For other EU countries outside of Germany, we will charge a certain amount of shipping fees.

How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped by DHL express.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping is free within Germany.

For Poland and the Czech Republic, a shipping fee of 17€ needs to be paid. 

For Switzerland, France, Austria, the Netherlands and Belgium, a shipping fee of 21€ needs to be paid.

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change your address.
